What is Glyd B2B?

Who can open a Glyd business account?

Glyd accounts are available to registered businesses, including Sdn. Bhd., Pte. Ltd., sole proprietorships, and partnerships. You’ll need to provide company registration documents and identification for directors or authorised signatories.

Opening an account is free. There are no setup fees or subscription charges. You only pay transaction fees as per our pricing.

What is a B2B money transfer?

A B2B (Business-to-Business) money transfer is when one registered business sends funds to another business’s bank account, domestically or internationally.

Yes, depending on your business type. For corporate entities, you can make Business-to-Individual (B2C) payments, subject to transaction limits.

  • B2B Transactions: RM 200,000 per day per customer.
  • B2I (Business-to-Individual) or I2B (Individual-to-Business) Transactions: RM 50,000 per day.

The minimum transfer is MYR 500. Certain currencies may have a lower minimum.

Yes. Glyd allows you to set up recurring or future‑dated payments, making it easier to manage payroll and vendor payments.

Is my money safe with Glyd?

Yes. Glyd is powered by Instapay Technologies Sdn. Bhd., regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, and backed by Tier‑1 banks. We use bank‑level encryption and multi‑factor authentication to protect your account.

We comply with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and never share your data for unrelated purposes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Once you’ve submitted all required documents, verification typically takes 1–2 working days.

Can Glyd integrate with my accounting system?

Yes. Glyd offers integration with popular accounting platforms, allowing you to sync transactions and concile accounts automatically.

Business Remittance

Businesses can transfer funds internationally to another business’s bank account (B2B) or to an individual bank account (B2I) subject to transaction limits.

The Business Remittance Limit is as follows:

                 ✓ B2B Transactions: RM 200,000 per day per customer.

                 ✓ B2I (Business-to-Individual) Transactions: RM 50,000 per day.

We may request for documents to support your purpose of transfer (e.g. invoices for the purchase of goods and services; or a payslip for the payment of salary).

Once you finish creating an order, we will lock the exchange rate for a fixed period. You will receive the same rate as long as your payment is indicated/reflected in our account within this fixed period. The same agreed-upon rate will be reflected on your dashboard and remittance receipt.

The order will expire in 24 hours if the full payment is not reflected in our account. We highly recommend making the payment as soon as the order is created to prevent your order from expiring.

Once we have received your funds and all Compliance requirements are satisfied, it typically takes 1-2 working days to reach the recipient. The time it takes depends on the currencies involved, bank holidays and weekends in both the sending and receiving countries. Please note that we can only send or receive your money during regular banking hours.

Pay-As-You-Sell Advance®

You can request for the advance once your Glyd account has been set up. The advance is provided by our partner Seedflex.

Your limit is based on your sales turnover track record. Your advance limit can grow as your sales increases.

You will be required to provide your company SSM and 6 months company bank account statements. Additional documents may be requested on a case to case basis. 

The maximum advance is capped at MYR 250,000 for the program. However, the cap for your business will depend on the credit assessment done by the lending partner Seedflex.

Yes, the advance is Shariah Compliant. 

Once the advance is approved, the amount will be credited to your Glyd account for international business remittance or business payments on the Glyd card. 

There is no interest charge. The only fee is an upfront fee, which is added to your repayment amount. There is also no late fee or any other fee that is charged.  

 Repayment period is 3 months to be paid in equal weekly installments.

Your repayments will be automatically deducted by an auto-debit to your bank account. It will be collected in equal weekly installments.

Prepaid Mastercard Related

Glyd is a pre-paid Mastercard, which can be used at any shop, ATM or online merchant that accepts Mastercard.

You can use your physical and virtual Glyd cards internationally, wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted.

While assigning cards to the employees you can decide what restrictions to put on the card spends. You can choose from a list of pre-designed cards for specific purposes like Fuel Cards, ATM cards etc or you can custom design a card for the employee.

You simply use your Glyd card at any location where Mastercard is accepted

  • Shopping – Glyd can be used with PIN or for contactless transactions
  • Online Purchases – 3-digit security code required (on back of card) along with the OTP sent to user’s registered mobile number.

If the face of your Glyd Prepaid Mastercard displays the Contactless Indicator symbol, it means that your Glyd Prepaid Mastercard is enabled with a contactless feature. If you see the Mastercard contactless symbol displayed at the retailer or merchant’s point-of-sales (POS) terminals, you can tap your card on the contactless reader to complete a payment transaction up to RM250. Entering your PIN to authorise the payment transaction is not required. For transactions above RM250, you need to enter your PIN to approve the transactions.

Replacement cards can be obtained upon request to the Call Centre. There will be a card replacement fee (please refer to the fee section).

Security & Compliance

Glyd is a highly secure platform that conforms to the highest level of industry security norms. Glyd platform also conforms to PDPA rules and ensures complete security of the user personal details.

Glyd is issued by Instapay which is a fully licensed e-money issuer by Bank Negara Malaysia and your funds are held in a Public Bank trust account managed by PB Trustee Sdn Bhd (“Trust Account”) at all times.

In the event that Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd voluntarily decides to exit in carrying out its business operations as an Issuer, Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd will make necessary arrangements to facilitate handover / takeover of its issuing operations by another Issuer (“new Issuer”) acceptable to and to be approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (“BNM”), in an orderly manner subject to a minimum 3 months prior notice to its users and the account holders or such other period as may be agreed by BNM.

The new Issuer shall continue to honour the obligations including the terms and conditions stipulated in the existing terms and conditions as set-out in the Instapay Product document. No material changes or variation shall be made to any part of the Instapay Product Documentation and/or Product Disclosure Sheet until the user(s) of Glyd Card/Account have decided to cease using the accounts or the new Issuer has notified the user(s) of Glyd/CardAccount on the change of these accounts to a new e-money facility (online wallet) offered by the new Issuer. Until a new trust account(s) is set up by the new Issuer, all funds held in the existing trust account(s) established and maintained with the licensed financial institution(s) shall remain unchanged.

However, should Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd is unable to find a new Issuer acceptable to BNM to take-over its Issuing operation, Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd shall cease accepting new applications from the user(s) of Glyd Card/Account, will continue to manage its issuing operations until all its user(s) of Glyd Card/Account have decided to cease using the account. Only then Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd will cease operation.

If you decide you need to cancel your Glyd account, please send an email to There are no penalties, fees or surcharges for closing your account. As part of account closure, we will return any remaining available funds in your account back into your linked bank account via bank transfer. However, card package fee paid by you will not be refunded.
