B2B Sales Manager – KL Based

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition (hunter role – primary focus)
• Identify, approach, and close SME and corporate clients
• Conduct proactive cold calling, business visits, and corporate presentations
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (self-generated leads required)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets
• Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain CRM updates and accurate sales reporting

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B / corporate sales
• Strong proven track record in new business development (hunter mindset is essential)
• Experience in fintech, e-wallet, SaaS, banking, telco, or payment solutions is an advantage
• Aggressive, target-driven, and highly self-motivated personality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
• Own transport required for client visits
